CAST REVIEWS Review by anonymous (posted on 22-Oct-2006) A very classy predecessor to any of the 'who-done-it' mystery movies of today. Michael Redgrave is charmingly handsome, witty, and clever. The plot draws you in from the beginning when a group of travelers are stranded in an oddly funny hotel. The assortment of characters makes for a bizzare mix, as they are bound for a train ride where the mysterious dissaperance of a matronly English lady baffles a young man and woman. Though the movie is an old one, and it lacks the special effects of today, the acting and the direction of "The Lady Vanishes" makes it a MUST SEE!
