REVIEWS Review by DocSerge (posted on 1-Feb-2008) Very good courtroom thriller with Rita Hayworth, Tony Franciosa, Hugh Griffith and Gig Young. Hayworth and Young are lovers accused of murdering Hayworth's husband. Franciosa plays an attorney hired by Hayworth's mother to defend her daughter. The film successfully utilizes flashbacks to tell the story of the "murder," and then follows with a dramatic court scene, in which Griffith plays the judge. The movie moves well, and keeps the audience in suspense until the end of the trial. Worth watching!
