ABSTRACT
Kelly is a Texas-bred waitress with pie-in-the-sky dreams of becoming a famous musician; Justin is a music-loving Pennsylvania college student and party promoter forming one third of the "Pennsylvania Posse" trio. Both decide to visit sunny Florida for spring break at the urging of their respective friends, falling in love as soon as they meet, though their pals have other plans in mind. Infamously insipid from start to finish; one of many reasons why the early 2000s were a particularly dark period for teen films.
