REVIEWS Review by anonymous (posted on 13-Mar-2006) This movie offers insight on
the social injustices to black American citizens in the mid-20th
century. It presents viewers with the reality and struggle that
African-Americans faced to achieve desegregation in public schools. The
movie is very powerful and intense; however, it seems to be
unnecessarily long and drawn-out. I would recommend this movie to
anyone interested in civil rights, but be prepared to watch a
relatively long film!
