REVIEWS Review by Steve Oreck (posted on 26-Jul-2007) I was blown away by the end of the movie!
When I started to watch "Pumpkin" I thought, (Is this "Mean Girls" meets "Heathers"?)
Boy was I wrong.
This movie took me from amusement to frustration to anger to sadness to joy to
laughter and oh so many more emotions.
This cast of actors had me believing that in some other place somewhere out there
these people exist.
I have always enjoyed Christina Ricci's work and I fell in love with her character in this movie because you see her become a woman in this movie. That is, she finds herself
and becomes someone with far more life and depth than the person she was when
the movie starts.
Without giving away the Movie I will say that my three favorite scenes are
The First Time Meeting when the Busses arrive
At the Beach
At the Dance
The only reason I don't give Four Stars is .......NOBODYS PERFECT ; )
Do you know something we don't?
