Four couples must endure a series of "therapy" sessions at an idyllic tropical getaway.

ABSTRACT
Cynthia and Jason Smith, a dysfunctional married couple teetering on the brink of disintegration, compel their similarly-burdened friends to join them at a "retreat" for couples situated in the tropics. Expecting a dream vacation filled with fun and sun, the couples are shocked to discover that Cynthia and Jason's therapy sessions are mandatory for all attending parties, forced to prepare themselves for turbulence of the highly personal variety as problems begin to surface in their own relationships.
