Ann Hamilton is swept off her feet by Alan Garroway, scientist and industrialist whose technology was critical to the war effort. Only afterwards does she notice missing parts of Alan's past, his strange behavior, and peculiar, almost frightening attitude to his absent brother Michael. Dramatic psychological thriller with unusual casting choices; well worth the time but not at the level of the best noirs.
