Scream queen Brinke Stevens gets paddled in her underwear. Yea! Linnea Quigley leaves her clothes on. Boo! The imp is funny. Yea? Sorority chicks and the adolescent boys who lust after them are trapped in a haunted bowling ally. Better than most B-movie exploitation, this is an entertaining if only partially successful take off on teen horror flicks. However, it was the movie that introduced many of us to Linnea Quigley’s charming lack of talent, and I for one have been a big fan ever since. It’s widely available as a rental, and I believe the DVD is still in print. Rated R for nudity (Michelle Bauer) and violence. This movie should wet you appetite for some real fun with “Hollywood Chainsaw Hookers,” the hilarious slasher parody in which Ms Quigley takes her clothes off a lot. Yea!!! (“Hollywood Chainsaw Hookers” was recently re-released on DVD, but as of today (8/21/08) it probably hasn’t made its way to many rental outlets.)
