REVIEWS Review by AFV (posted on 8-Sep-2005) The movie by itself is depictive of the carefully and skillfully orquestrated Nazi propaganda. The camera work (and film) is definitely advanced for being a 1930s production. The city of Nuremberg is very nicely displayed as well. The special features are great: It is a demo of the german military branches to a huge crowd forefronted by Hitler/Goering, Fritz, etc... They recreate a battle scene, shooting at each other, then the panzer brigades, shows up, followed by the luftwaffe. From now and then the camera pans to the Hilter and his generals -- and you can see them laughing, that is histerical -- funny. Nevertheless it is an awesome display of Germany's military power at the time.
The best aspect of this movie is the comentary by a historian(don't recall the name). He describes each moment of the film with inmense detail, all the characters, it is very informative. The comentary alone is worth it. Strongly recommend it (with commentary)
