CAST REVIEWS Review by Lisa Selby (posted on 1-Nov-2008) This is a story about a young nephew coming to live with his eccentric Aunt after his father's death. It is a lesson in living life to its fullest and doing things from the heart. It shows that stuffy narrow minded people are bores. It dares the characters to be true to themselves and not phonies who put on aristocratic airs.
It's a great movie with Rosilind Russell as Auntie Mame. She is perfect in the role, giving it an eccentric flair.A wonderful movie about love, spirit, determination and love of life.
