ABSTRACT
London investment broker Max Skinner inherits recently-deceased estranged uncle Henry's Provence chateau and vineyard, a place filled with a number of happy memories attached to his formative years. Max travels to France intending to sell the property in a matter of days and move on with his life, only to find his plans altered in a big way when a striking French woman and young American lady claiming to be his illegitimate daughter come to his attention. Max is now forced to weigh his current existence in Great Britain against a simpler life recalling his youth in beautiful Provence as a simple sale quickly blossoms into a complicated affair.
