ABSTRACT
Inspired by French-Canadian comedy Starbuck (2011), Vicky Donor tells the tale of Baldev Chaddha, a doctor and proprietor of a high-end sperm bank in Delhi looking for a promising donor to bolster his fledgling enterprise's reputation. Eager to find his so-called "Indian Alexander", Chaddha happens upon Vicky Arora, an underachieving live-at-home young adult who soon becomes the clinic's most prolific donor by a country mile after a few rounds of hilarious negotiations.
