Foreigners vacationing in Brazil are lured to a cabin in the woods with a terrible secret.

ABSTRACT
Three young Americans backpacking through Brazil are stranded alongside Brits Finn and Liam and Australian national Pru after a bus accident very nearly results in their demise. An ill-fated excursion to a party-happy beachfront destination leaves them drugged and stripped of their possessions; searching for help from local authorities, they are lured into a woodland cabin housing clandestine surgeon Dr. Zamora, facing a grisly demise under his knife as they are made into the latest victims of a black-market organ harvesting scheme targeting pale-faced foreigners.
