ABSTRACT
A prequel to the X-Men film franchise, X-Men: First Class follows the infamous Mutants from their origins near the end of World War II all the way through to the Cold War, when they are enlisted by the American government to stop a trigger-happy Soviet general from starting World War III amidst the darkest days of the Cuban Missile Crisis.
