ABSTRACT
A young Indian man named Haider returns home to Kashmir to news of his father's disappearance; research indicates that his Dad, a big-hearted doctor, was arrested and sent away by local authorities for saving the life of an ailing militant. Haider learns of his mother's affair with his uncle just as he uncovers information pointing to said uncle's role in his father's death, ultimately setting out on a family-tinged quest for revenge.
