After the jocks burn their own house, the nerds are ejected from the freshman dorm to accommodate the newly homeless Alpha Betas, temporarily exiled to the gymnasium. The nerds start their own house, affiliating as a chapter of Lambda Lambda Lambda, a historically black fraternity. Still they must contend with the jocks; perhaps it is better to outsmart them. Spawned three sequels.
