REVIEWS Review by anonymous (posted on 9-Jan-2007) I remember this film when I was a teenager. Based on the true story of Crazy Joey Gallo, a soldier in the Profaci family in Brooklyn. He and his brothers and their crew revolted against the Boss and started a war. Pretty true to the facts, with a great cast. Very disappointed it has not come out on DVD. I would buy this film in a second. A must have for any mob film collection, if only they would release it. They do not make them like this anymore. Tough and violent, no BS. Low budget but still quality. A man's film. Peter Boyle as Crazy Joe. Rip Torn as brother Larry. Eli Wallach as Carlo Gambino. How cool is that?
