The Night We Dropped a Clanger (1959)
Director: Darcy Conyers Writer: John Roy Chapman Producer: David Henley Keywords: Comedy, Espionage, WWII The RAF Intelligence wing notices a similarity between one particular officer and a bumbling airman normally relegated to latrine duty. A plan is hatched to send the officer to Occupied France while the airman makes it look like the skilled man is in Egypt, but of course there is a mix-up and the opposite occurs. Disappointing attempt at comedy, wasting the talented cast.
