ABSTRACT
Marni, a gainfully-employed young woman with a promising future, remains haunted by memories of her time spent suffering from immense amounts of ridicule and harassment at the hands of cheerleader JJ in high school. When Marni discovers that older brother Will intends to marry a woman named Joana, she connects the dots between the past and present day, keen to discredit the bride-to-be and expose her past misdeeds to an oblivious extended family before the knot is tied.
