English lass Alison Kirbe has inherited a 50,000 acre ranch in Texas from a soldier she met briefly, and heads for America by ship to settle the details. It is not clear what the estate is worth but surely it amounts to tidy sum. A variety of men board the ship as well, all interested in her newfound wealth. Numerous plot twists in this weak script.
