REVIEWS Review by Matthew La Fond (posted on 19-Feb-2008) As a movie critic (as we all are), this movie captured my heart in a way that few movies do. The soundtrack, casting and cinematography were one of the best I've seen. I immediately bought this movie the day after I rented it on the .99 cent rental shelf. I saw this movie in 95 and I never even heard about this movie before that. I was a senior in highschool in 92 and never seen a preview. This movie was so realistic, like it could of been any of us. Most of us stuggled and struggle coming into our adult life. There were times I could see myself in this movie. They weren't bad guys, but they needed to take a risk to try and make something. Neither of them had anything. My heart pounded as they were attempting to get back over the bridge with the drugs. I could see myself leaving the car, praying to God they let me across before they discoverd the drugs. VERY WELL DONE! I rate this as my second favorite movie right next to Rumble Fish (Matt Dillon, Mickey Rooney and several other big stars)
