ABSTRACT
James Clayton, a brilliant mathematician without equal and student at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, is hired by Central Intelligence Agency recruiter Walter Burke upon his graduation from college and put to work as a trainee. A rigorous training program proves to be a walk in the park for young James, leading to Burke tapping him for the high-stakes job of weeding out a mole amongst his peers. Themes of betrayal and deceit rule the day as our man must put the CIA's time-worn "trust no one" maxim to the test like any good spy if he is to stand a chance at prevailing.
