Alan Ladd is the disgraced ex-cop released from jail after being framed by waterfront racketeer boss Vic Amato (a spitting and snarling Edward G. Robinson) and sidekick Paul Stewart. Decent actioner, with some excellent one-liners from Edward G as the crazed crime boss.
