Film adaptation of the video game franchise of the same name follows a group of party-loving teens as they are placed at the mercy of sadistic zombies.

ABSTRACT
Intended as a prequel to Sega's House of the Dead series of video games, House of the Dead centers on Greg, Simon, Alicia, Cynthia, and Karma, five teens planning to take a boat to a fantastical rave held on a tropical island. The group arrive on the island to find it trashed and abandoned; it is revealed that a group of zombies attacked the rave and overwhelmed the humans present. The teens (sans Cynthia, turned into a zombie) hole up in a house, hoping to ride out the undead apocalypse. First in a series of terrible video game-to-film features created by Uwe Boll.
