ABSTRACT Remake of The Dinner Game (1998). Tim, an up-and-coming corporate executive coming off of a massive coup in the form of landing his firm a deep-pocketed Swiss client, is invited to a mean-spirited corporate dinner party by boss Lance that finds each executive bringing a pitiable guest to make fun of. Looking for a way out of taking part in the event, serendipity strikes when Tim crosses paths with Barry, a dimwitted IRS agent who possesses a bizarre affinity for crafting dioramas featuring stuffed mice. When Tim finds that Barry is a magnet for chaos, however, he must scramble to find a way to bring his guest to the party without accidentally ruining the entire ordeal.
