[1] One individual, Kerrick Ross, an obscure male model from Louisville, has claimed to have slept with Birkhead over a span of two months in 2000. Ross told the National Enquirer in April 2007, "America doesn’t know the whole story about Larry Birkhead... He apparently had sex with Anna Nicole and fathered her baby, but there is no question: He also had sex with me! We were together for about two months and had sex 8 to 10 times, always at my apartment. He often spent the whole night with me." Birkhead has hired attorney Martin Singer to file lawsuits over this allegation.
