William Hopkins Holyland and Edwin Waterhouse were added as Price's business partners in 1865, making the firm Price, Holyland, & Waterhouse, and after Holyland left in 1874 the firm was Price Waterhouse until its 1998 merger with Coopers & Lybrand to form Price Waterhouse Coopers.
