Neil Kadisha Born: c. 1955
Gender: Male Religion: Jewish Race or Ethnicity: White Occupation: Business Nationality: United States Executive summary: Co-Founder of Qualcomm Ranked #374 on the Forbes 400 for 2001. As trustee of $6M in funds belonging to Dafna Uzyel, a widow, Kadisha misappropriated $300,000 for his personal investment in Qualcomm. Fortunately, instead of losing it all, the success of the company increased Kadisha's personal wealth to $900M. It should be noted that during the 12 years he managed the trust, the widow's assets also increased admirably, from $6M to $27M. In 2007, after an incredibly complex seven-year process with four-year trial, a judge ordered Kadisha to pay Uzyel $100M compensatory damages plus $5M punitive damages, later reduced to $65M. Wrote Judge Henry W. Shatford, "Kadisha was no more than a common thief in his monumental takings of money for his use and benefit." Kadisha is appealing the decision. Omninet Capital CEO
