Executive summary: South Park Born in Texas and raised in Colorado, Stone attended Heritage High School in Littleton, where Columbine High was a cross-town rival. He talked about his high school memories in Michael Moore's Bowling for Columbine. Trey Parker and Stone met while both were attending the University of Colorado at Boulder. They invented Stan, Cartman, Kyle and Kenny for a 1995 cartoon Christmas card called The Spirit of Christmas, which featured a fight between Jesus Christ and Santa Claus. The video led to an offer from Comedy Central, to create South Park. On the show, Stone primarily voices Kyle Broslofski and Kenny McCormick. The character of Kyle is allegedly based on Stone. Parker does Stan Marsh and Eric Cartman.
Stone was at one time a registered Republican, but rarely talks about politics. "I hate conservatives but I really fucking hate liberals." Asked to comment on abortion, Stone once said, "Love it! Looooooove it! It goes nice with a little red wine sauce."
